It is best to marry someone you really know. If you’re not marrying someone you’ve really known for a long time, then a prenuptial agreement is best.

If you have a child from a previous marriage or when you were young, I also suggest to have a prenuptial agreement for the sake of your other child. Mel Gibson should think about it especially in other countries that annulment and divorce is common and being practice.

I’m surprised Mel didn’t get a stone wall (or about as solid as possible) prenuptial agreement. He’d be so much better off now. You wouldn’t mind but he hasn’t done this just once.

Do prenup's always stand up in court? I've got a feeling I heard they're not legally binding. I'm in the UK so that might be here. They certainly seem to be more common in the US. .-= BL @ Family Law Solicitors´s last blog ..Gillian and Ruth train in Rome =-.
