How same sex marriage and/or civil unions are treated broadly under the law is an issue reverberating through many areas of law. I haven’t yet seen a same sex bankruptcy in our office, but perhaps its coming.

Makes sense that the number is on the rise. Don’t people just get married in Connecticut or Massachussetts (who are from New York)?

Plenty of money to be had there. Not sure why they wouldn’t want them to get married beforehand.

It is really a good innovation in developing more laws to specific concerns of humans. It is really important to have specific laws so that everybody can benefit from. If there is a divorce for opposite sex marriage so same sex marriage should also have a divorce. That’s life’s irony, why marry and divorce if you can’t work it out? Well, no one can explain. The best thing is that to decide whether to marry or not to marry, because divorce costs a fortune, and a waste of time. It is just my own opinion. Thanks for your blog this is mu first time to know it.
