Certified Stipulation of Settlement * We highly recommend obtaining a Certified Copy of your Stipulation of Settlement (if we prepared one in your divorce) to ensure that the terms of the Stipulation are followed and to serve as proof of your divorce settlement.
Certified Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law The Court signs the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, as well as the Judgment of Divorce. In order to have a complete record of the Court's Findings and Judgment, a copy of the Findings of Fact is suggested.
FedEx Option * We can also send the Certified Judgment of Divorce to you via FedEx.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are not currently in possession of your Judgments. We need to send our attorney service down to the Court to pay for them and pick them up. Once we receive them, we will either mail them or FedEx them to you. Please allow adequate time for all these steps to be completed.

This flat fee includes the Certification fee for the Judgment of Divorce, fee for picking up the Certified copy, as well as USPS Priority Mail Shipping & Handling.

Our uncontested divorce services include a regular copy of the Judgment of Divorce.  A Certified Judgment and Certified Stipulation of Settlement (if we prepared one for you) is required to provide official proof of your divorce to change your name, take your spouse's name of insurance, and/or handle any business or future enforcement / litigation surrounding your divorce, child support, spousal support, and/or settlement agreement.

Having a Certified Copy of these documents is strongly recommended as its just a good idea to have them on hand.
