3. Throw Things Out: Many things are acquired during a marriage, not all of those things should be held on to. Take an inventory of your possessions and determine which ones you need and which ones you are holding onto out of nostalgia.
Protect your self esteem and self worth from being attacked or worn down by ex-spouse or just the Divorce process. Surround yourself with positive people, quotations that inspire your spirit, and refuse to get drawn into futile arguments.
