Katie Holmes Reportedly Used Disposable Phone to Call Divorce Lawyer

It has recently come to light that Katie Holmes has had enough, and has contacted a Divorce Lawyer with what has been described as a disposable phone. And why was she using a disposable phone? Well it was in a hope that her divorce proceedings would be kept quiet from husband Tom Cruise.  

It appears her plan succeeded, as Cruise was said to be both shocked and surprised at her divorce request. Although a prenuptial agreement was signed prior to their marriage, rumors state that Holmes has got most of what she has asked for in their divorce settlement.
