BRITAIN: Child custody laws expected to be changed to give both parents presumptive joint custody

A new custody law in the UK will allow a balanced custody time with both the mother and father of a child. The current laws are usually in favor of the mother who ends up with 90% of the custody time with the child while the father is only allowed a small fraction of the time.
