How Hard Should Divorce Be?

While many pundits who argue about the sanctity of  marriage lament the ease of certain divorce procedures, overly difficult divorce procedures aren’t any better.

According to Independent Mail

” The South Carolina Supreme Court has made its views clear: Couples seeking a divorce must live apart for a year before one spouse can seek monetary support. There is no provision for interim support.”
