Is Wearing a Revealing Dress Grounds for Divorce?
Some women dress sexy. It makes them feel attractive. I have female colleagues who tell me that of course they were interested in dressing attractively during their honeymoon. For one woman, wearing a revealing dress during her honeymoon turned out to be valid grounds for divorce.
A recent article that was published in the Daily News and Analysis explain how this happened. “Wearing a revealing dress during her honeymoon proved costly for a woman as a court granted divorce to her husband saying improper dressing by the woman brought mental cruelty to the man.The husband, in his petition seeking divorcee on the ground of having been subjected to cruelty, had contended that his wife wore vulgar clothes during their honeymoon.”
This is certainly a stretch for a valid grounds for divorce. I’m shocked that the judge granted the divorce.

Seems amazing, but especially in this era of social networking (and poor judgment!) people do all kinds of crazy things, then post updates, photos and videos of themselves online for the world (and their disappointed spouses) to see. If you ever find a video online of someone you know where this kind of behavior could become an issue in a divorce, you should really get and keep a copy of the video before someone deletes it from the internet site. There are various tools for doing this. One good one is http://youtubedownloader.com/ — cheap and very reliable.
