Judge Questions Validity Of ‘Pregnant’ Man’s Marriage In Arizona

The transgender man Thomas Beatie popularly known as the ” first Pregnant Man” and his wife Nancy are in a divorce dispute on the grounds that his wife is attacking him. Initially an Arizona Judge questioned the validity of their marriage as whether same gender marriage but later on it is proved that a transgender marriage is valid under Arizona law. Beatie revealed that he has undergone final female to male reassignment surgery.
