Katy Perry Breaks Down After Signing Divorce Papers

Katy Perry met with ex-husband, Russel Brand, for the first time since the couple filed for divorce. Perry and Brand met to finalize their divorce.

During their brief meeting, Perry gave Brand her wedding ring back. A source close to Perry said Perry needed to get rid of anything that still reminded her of her failed marriage.

Perry reportedly attempted to keep her composure during her meeting with Brand, but once she got in her car to leave she was unable to hold back her tears.

Though Perry has gotten rid of most things that remind her of Brand, she and Brand decided Perry would have custody of the cat the couple shared together.
