Kirstie Alley Weighs in on Maria and Arnold’s Divorce

Actress Kirstie Alley has had her own struggles with marriage, and empathizes with the difficulties the former California Governor and his wife are going through. Given the very public nature of their circumstance, Arnold and Maria have a number of close friends expressing their support and concern for them, many in the entertainment business.

As the article in the Insider says “Maria’s close friend Kirstie Alley had some words of understanding and encouragement for the newly separated couple.

Kirstie recalls her own experience with separation and divorce, calling it a “sad” time, and although the power couple has “raised beautiful children,” they now have to “decide what to do with each other,” adding that she’s confident “they’ll make the right choice.”
