Divorce and the Kids

While going through a divorce we usually remain entrenched in a battle with out ex as we attempt to hash out our differences. What is often forgotten is the plight of the children. While divorces can be detrimental to the adults in the relationship we must remember that as adults we can rationalize this a lot easier. Imagine what this is like for a teenager who is not only dealing with the perils of adolescence but also with their parents separating?

However when we do eventually separate and make it through the arduous custody battle we must make sure not to forget about the kids, it becomes easier as we move on.
