Divorced Man Sues Irvington Photo Studio

Well this is a bit bizarre.

A notorious wedding-photo lawsuit against an Irvington studio is less about misty watercolor memories than a breach of contract, the now-divorced groom says.

Todd Remis says the reasoning behind his widely ridiculed lawsuit — seeking $48,000 to re-create his 2003 wedding at Castle on the Hudson in Tarrytown so it could be re-photographed, despite the breakup — was a “failure to deliver on a promise and a handshake.”
