Facebook is Becoming a Rising Factor in Divorce

According to one divorce law firm, 33 percent of all divorce filings last year had citing Facebook as a factor in the divorce.

Facebook is a great way to connect with friends, however lately marriages have been falling apart due to spouses catching one another sending flirty messages to other people.

In the past two years the firm has seen double the amount of divorce filings that include the word Facebook in them.

Many of the issues that are arising from Facebook have to do with pictures that are posted of people’s spouses in compromising situations.  These people have pictures posted of them in places they shouldn’t be in or with people they shouldn’t be with.

Facebook as made it much easier for a person’s spouse to find out things they normally would be able to hide.
