One Messy Divorce in Brooklyn Leads to Further Trouble

On Tuesday, Soya Radin, 39, and her four children were evicted from her  building in Borough Park, Brooklyn. She had been living in the building in the building for about two years and has gotten tied into the financial arguments between the owning couple, Chana and Simon Taub.

The Taubs began their dramatic divorce case in 2005. Their home in Borough Park was split by court order, divided with wallboard and plywood so each spouse could live on each side of the wall. According to the New York Times, “the eviction was marked by anguish and chaos.”
