Think New York Still Requires Accusing Your Spouse of Fault to get Divorced? You’re Wrong!

Beware of where you go on the internet for your information.  There are plenty of sites that publish false and misleading information regarding New York divorce law.

For example,  Business44.com just published an article on December 3, 2010 that states:

“The state of New York is the only one which still requires fault to obtain a divorce.”

This is not true and misleading to anyone who is considering getting a divorce in New York.  Now you can get a no-fault divorce where you no longer have to allege and prove that your spouse is at fault.

Our law office offers free consultations.  Please call (866) 830-2064 to speak to one of our New York no-fault divorce lawyers now.
